With all the chaos, change, and uncertainty we are experiencing in our world today, our mindset is the one thing that is within our control. Viktor Frankl* said:
“Everything can be taken from a man {person} but one thing: the last of the human freedoms-to choose one’s attitude {mindset} in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.” Our mindset impacts our health and wellbeing. Using mindfulness we can examine our mindset. We first need to become aware of how and what we are thinking about our circumstances. Then we can choose how we want to think about the circumstances we are experiencing as well as how we want to respond to them. Reframing our mindset can lead to attracting better things into our lives invoking the “law of attraction. The “law of attraction” is the idea that we attract the things we think about. Our mindset is not only a cornerstone to our health and wellness but it is also a key to a better future. What does the law of attraction have to do with The Secret: Dare to Dream?
