This book is filled with great insight about our human condition and the suffering we all endure. Most importantly this book offers an approach to release that suffering and reset our minds. Jon Kabat-Zinn is the creator of the Stress Reduction Clinic and the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. He studies with Buddhist monks. In this book, Jon Kabat-Zinn uses mindfulness, meditation, and yoga as the foundation to help the reader lead a less stressful, more self-aware life. That in turn begins our journey toward a healthier, happier existence.
